These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of NAATI certified translation services provided by International Study Solutions (ISS), a division of Gi.Vi. Holdings Ltd, through our network of translation service websites (collectively, "Website").
These Terms apply specifically to NAATI translation services and do not cover other services provided by ISS or Gi.Vi. Holdings Ltd.
The Provider supplies NAATI certified translations performed by officially accredited NAATI translators.
The Provider acts as intermediary between customers and certified translators but does not perform the translation work directly.
Translation services are available for the following document types, including but not limited to:
All translations are performed by Official NAATI certified translators and include:
NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) certification is the official Australian standard for translation quality and is specifically designed to ensure acceptance by Australian government institutions, universities, and other official bodies.
NAATI certified translations are widely recognized and accepted internationally, though acceptance standards may vary by country and institution.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
The Provider warrants that all translations are performed by accredited NAATI translators and meet NAATI certification standards, but cannot guarantee acceptance decisions made by third-party institutions, which are beyond our control.
A binding contract is formed when the Customer accepts the quote and completes a payment.
Customer must provide:

We are committed to helping you prepare suitable documents for translation. Only in cases where a document cannot be made legible through any means will we be unable to proceed with the translation. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.

Customers who have previously used our services may be eligible for discounts at Provider's discretion. Discount eligibility and amount are determined on a case-by-case basis.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the date your order is confirmed, without giving any reason.
Most translations are completed within 24-48 hours of payment. To meet this timeframe, at the time of payment you are asked to confirm, by checking a dedicated box, that:
This mechanism is based on Article 16(a), and where applicable Article 16(m), of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, and the corresponding UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
As a goodwill policy, if you contact us within 2 hours of payment and your document has not yet been assigned to a translator, we will issue a full refund immediately.
For requests submitted later, the refund is calculated based on how much of the service had actually been completed at the exact date and time your withdrawal declaration was submitted, not when we process it. If your translation had not yet been fully completed and delivered at that timestamp, you are entitled to a refund proportional to the part of the service still outstanding at that moment, calculated on the total price paid, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
You can submit a withdrawal request at any time during the 14-day period through our dedicated withdrawal page. You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email, followed by our decision, including refund details where applicable, within 2 business days.
If you are not a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, the statutory withdrawal right described in this Section may not apply to your contract, depending on the consumer protection law of your country of residence. Where no mandatory right applies, work begins immediately upon payment confirmation and is non-refundable once underway, except where the Provider fails to deliver the service as described in these Terms.
